Das InnoDisk SATADOM D150Q Flash Memory Modul is a fast boot- and memory device in a miniatur format. SATADOM D150Q is equipped with a 7-pin Standard Micro SATA 3.0 interface (alternatively straight or angulate) and can be connected to every SATA Interface without mechanical problems. The vertical design of the SATADOM D150Q is aditionally available with locking clips. Unlike to many other SATA memory devices the SATADOM D150Q optional has its own internal power supply and therefore no external cable is required (supplied by pin 7 of the SATA connector).
SATADOM D150Q is compatible to all popular operating sytems and is an advisable memory device for most different aplications like Industral PC's, Embedded Systems, Gambling machines, POS, Medical technology and automation.
Depending on the design the SATADOM D150Q is available with capacities from 1 up to 64GB.
