SMART XceedIOPS Flash Storage Drive
The SMART XceedIOPS SATA Drive is a "True Enterprise Grade" Flash memory device with optimized I/O performance which will alternatively offered with SLC Flash or the novel Enterprise Grade MLC (E-MLC) Flash memory.The XceedIOPS is extra suitable for I/O intensive applications like data base applications and enterprise server.
Thanks to the intelligent Bad Black Management, the Perfomance Throttling for controlling of the I/O efficiency and mainly to the optimized usage of the Flash block size during writing (which helps to avoid unneeded write/erase cycles) the XceedIOPS Drive in E-MLC Flash version achieves a durability of 5 years and more.
The XceedIOPS is available (in 1.8" and 2.5" form factor) with capacities from 25GB up to 400GB.
