Swipe reader with Shift Out IntelliHEAD

This OEM swipe reader is using the MagTek IntelliHEAD with Shift Out Protocol. The MagTek IntelliHead is a high integrated low profile magnetic head with embedded 3-track F2F decoder ASIC (DELTA ASIC). The integrated multi-channel decoder assures highly productive and safe decoding of all ISO compliant cards. Even noticeable damages of the card or significant discrepancies of the amplitude are no problem with the help of the Automatic Gain control (AGC). Speed range of the swipe card between 7cm/s up to 250cm/s will be accepted without read fault error.
All analog signals will be processed within the shielded housing of the head. The reader are equipped with memory, which allowes the buffering of all the data, which can be stored on one card. The complete data content of the buffering will be transfered by shift-out procedure to the controller, when the controller is ready for processing.
The reader is also availabele in different rails with different length (43, 60 and 90mm).
